A Dry February

Our weather has been good for running. Hardly any rain and only a few light flurrys of snow. Still cool at 3-7 degrees lately but nice to run in. I have been having some recurring sciatic pain in my right hip and leg. It has sidelined me a couple of days. Not enough to miss work but enough to stop me from running. Yesterday and Thursday were not good days. Today is better. Went for a run this morning and I am keeping to the walk run program of the Sun Run. It was all I could handle today. Could feel my body lose the ability to transfer oxygen to my system. I would become tingly and have to walk.
This rehabilitation is getting me down a bit. I have to be a little more patient with my progess. I guess I was hurt more than I thought I was. (or want to beleive)
I will attend the Centennial Communtiy Centre clinic tomorrow morning and then on Tuesday evening I will also attend the Queens Park clinic with Chris. The following Sunday I will attend the Port Moody clinc with Jana. Progression is happening.
